Lighthouse Agentic for Sarasota-area businesses

Lighthouse Agentic serves businesses in Sarasota, Bradenton, and Lakewood Ranch, Florida. We also work remotely with businesses elsewhere. We build websites, custom software, and AI systems through our Agentic Engineering service. Agentic means AI can carry out a series of steps toward a goal. We agree what the system may do and who checks its work.

Work that fits the business

What can Lighthouse Agentic build for a Sarasota-area business?

A clear site helps people compare what you offer before they call. It can show where you work and how to reach you. If you have a showroom, a catalog can help shoppers compare products before they visit.

If staff keep copying information between tools, map the steps first. A connection that carries information between tools may be enough. Use AI only when you can test the task, its information limits, the human review step, and what to do if it fails.

Choose the right kind of help

One conversation can start with one job.

Website development

Make the next step clear.

Plan or improve pages for phones and larger screens. Help people learn what you offer and how to reach you. Scope can include the pages, basic search setup, contact paths, launch checks, and handing over the finished site. We agree on what is included.

Custom software

Fit a tool to a real process.

Map the task first. A small staff tool, a private site where staff or customers log in, or a connection between tools may help. We may also advise keeping your software.

Custom software

Agentic Engineering

Test one task with people in charge.

Start with one real task. Agree what the AI may read and do, who checks its work, and how to stop it or fix mistakes. Website work is not proof of a client AI system. Read our guide to choosing your first AI workflow.

Recent website work

Open the live pages and see the contribution.

Point Blank Archery

On October 2, 2026, we added a Bear bow page to Point Blank Archery's shop. The shop uses Shopify, a service for online stores. The page groups bows by product line and shows packages marked available. A bow package includes a bow and added gear. Read our Point Blank Archery case note. See the bow page.

Pinecraft Barbecue

On September 16, 2026, we updated Pinecraft Barbecue's catalog. We linked fuel and showroom guides. We added related product cards on 58 product pages and linked warranty details for three brands. A warranty states what a maker agrees to cover if a product has a problem. Read our Pinecraft Barbecue case note. Browse the catalog.

Suncoast Pool Solutions

On September 24, 2026, we added a page showing where Suncoast Pool Solutions works. We also added nine pages for the areas it lists. See the service areas.

These are website examples. They are not proof of a client software build or AI system. Those projects need their own agreed work, tests, and proof.

A separate question

Help customers find the business.

  • Search and maps: Organic search means unpaid search results. Google Maps is separate. Google's guide, checked October 5, 2026, says local results mainly depend on relevance, distance, and popularity. Relevance means how well a business matches a search. You cannot ask or pay Google for a better local rank. Read Google's guide.
  • AI citations: A citation is when an answer names or links to a source. Microsoft introduced its AI Performance report on February 10, 2026, as a public preview, an early test in Bing Webmaster Tools. It counts when supported AI services cite a website and shows which pages they cite. Counts do not promise a place in an answer. Read Microsoft's announcement.
  • What we check: The AI Visibility Growth Map checks public information. This work is separate from setting up AI for a business task. It does not promise a search rank, an AI mention, an inquiry, or income.

Faith and work

Keep Him in sight.

Our Christian faith shapes how we approach technology. Tools serve the work. People stay responsible for the choices the tools help them make.
