Lighthouse Vault
Lighthouse Vault is a private repository for storing files and tracking changes on hardware you own. It is in early access by application. The conversation helps decide whether it fits and what a setup would include. It is not a self-service signup.
What does an application establish?
The application conversation lets us learn what you want to keep, which hardware you own, who needs access, and what support you need. We can then discuss whether the Vault fits. No setup begins until the scope and terms are agreed.
The agreement needs to name the software, where information goes, how access works, who handles updates, and what support is included. These details depend on the setup. This page does not promise one software stack, data path, service area, or support plan for every application.
Plan backups and recovery.
A useful setup needs a backup and recovery plan. The application should say what gets copied, where copies are kept, who runs the backups, how a restore is checked, and who responds if something fails. This page does not set a backup schedule or promise a restore service.
Keep ownership and access clear.
The hardware is yours. Before setup, we agree who controls each account and access key, what can connect to the repository, and how access can be removed. Remote access depends on the chosen setup. This page does not claim that a standard remote connection is ready or included.
Separate tools, separate status.
Beam's page lists the Vault as a planned home for its compressed context store. That is a plan, not a packaged Vault feature, and the page does not describe data handling across every setup. Hermes has its own page describing a conductor-agent project. This offer does not claim that Hermes currently uses the Vault or is included with it.
Use tools with care.
We believe tools should serve people and be handled with care. Our Christian faith guides that work. You do not have to share our faith to work with us. God alone is the source and provider.
