When is custom software from Lighthouse Agentic worth considering?
This may fit when staff keep copying information between tools or a shared spreadsheet is hard to manage. If ready-made tools cannot handle the task, you may need a portal, a private page for staff or customers to do a task. A smaller fix may be enough, such as an integration, a connection that lets tools share information. Wait on a larger build until the task and the person in charge are clear.
Start with the work, then choose the tool
First, we map the people, steps, tools, and information in the job. We also plan what happens if a step fails. We may suggest a small staff tool, an integration, a portal, or a change to the current steps. We may advise keeping your software. The goal is to fit the work, not build a new system for its own sake.
Before a build, we write down who will use it, what information it needs, and who can read or change that information. We agree how it should work and which tests it must pass. The plan also names who owns the code and accounts, what support is included, and how to get your data and code out, turn the tool off, and hand it over. Code is the set of instructions that makes it work. Please leave private details and live business data out of the inquiry form.
Keep a person in charge of important choices
For AI work, we agree what a system may read and do, what tests it must pass, and when a person must check or approve an action. Read how we scope AI workflows.
Proof should match the kind of work
Our Archery Sarasota case study shows changes to an existing website. It is not proof of a client software build. ArcherSource is our own archery software project, shown separately from client work. It is not a client case study.
This service may fit when a task spans tools, needs repeated copying, or is hard to track. It may not fit if the steps keep changing, an existing tool meets the need, or no one can own the new tool. We can suggest a build or a simpler way.
