How we handle what you send us.
We use form details to answer you, prevent spam, and keep a record of your request. We also use Cloudflare measurement services for site visits, page performance, and network errors. We do not sell your information.
What this covers
This notice covers the Lighthouse Agentic website, the Start, Growth Map, and KeepWatch forms, and emails you send to Info@lighthouseagentic.com about a request. It also explains the site's browser-based measurement.
What we collect
Each form asks for different details:
- Start: your name, email, and project notes. It has two optional fields: “What would you like help with?” and “Anything about your values or convictions we should know?” You can leave the values field blank; do not include sensitive personal details.
- Growth Map: your business name, website address, and email. Phone, location or service area, industry, “A keyword you'd love to win,” and what you are trying to improve are optional.
- KeepWatch: your business name, website address, and email. Phone, location or service area, and what you want us to watch are optional.
When you send a form, we also receive its type, the time it was sent, and your browser's user agent. A user agent names the browser and operating system. The form handler uses the request IP address to limit repeated submissions. Its temporary count expires after three minutes. The saved request record stores only how many characters were in that IP address, not the address itself.
The site may save a broad source category in this tab's session storage. Session storage is a small browser area that lasts for a tab session. Some pages and tools do not record it. The category may say search, AI assistant, social media, email, another site, paid link, campaign, direct, or unknown. We do not save the full web address you came from or raw campaign parameters. These are tracking labels added to a link. We do not save an advertising cookie in the form code we run ourselves. Our browser check did not establish cookie behavior for every Cloudflare setting or browser mode. It may be missing or less precise if the browser cannot read a source.
The form stores a random, temporary retry seed in this tab's session storage. A seed is a starting code used to make an ID. Your browser combines the seed with your answers to make a submission ID, a label for that form entry. It does this in memory, not in saved browser storage. The ID changes when your form contents change. It is used only for retry deduplication, which means preventing duplicate entries after a retry. It is not used to track visitors. The seed clears after the form is sent successfully. Otherwise, it lasts for this tab session. The forms do not ask for passwords or payment card numbers.
Site measurement
The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and real-user monitoring (RUM). In browser checks, we saw the site send measurement requests to Cloudflare. Cloudflare says these services measure site visits and page performance during real visits. Cloudflare also sets up network-error reporting, which can send reports about failed requests. We have not confirmed each data field sent or how long Cloudflare keeps it. We do not claim these measurements are anonymous.
Why we use it
We use form details to reply and, when asked, check information about how people find your business. The broad source category helps us see which sources lead to inquiries. The retry ID helps prevent duplicate entries, and the IP address helps limit repeated submissions. The measurement services support site visit, page-performance, and network-error reports.
How long we keep it
The form system has no automatic age-based expiry for saved request records. We have not confirmed a routine deletion schedule. The temporary rate-limit entry expires after three minutes. The email system can send form details to intake@lighthouseagentic.com. An email copy may remain after a form record is removed. We have not confirmed how long the inbox or email relay keeps a copy.
You can ask us to remove a form record by emailing Info@lighthouseagentic.com. Removing that record cannot recall an email that has already been sent.
Who can see it
Robert Gilbert and people at Lighthouse Agentic LLC who handle your request can see it. Cloudflare runs the site and form handler. It stores form records in its Durable Object and KV services, which are online storage systems. The site is configured to send an email alert with form details to intake@lighthouseagentic.com through the email relay at us2.workspace.org.
What we will not do
We will not publish your form contents or put request details in public project files or documents.
