What this covers
This notice covers the contact and visibility-check forms on lighthouseagentic.com, and email you send to Info@lighthouseagentic.com about those requests.
What we collect
When you submit a form we may receive your name, email, business name, website URL, phone, location, industry, keywords, project notes, and technical basics such as time of submission and browser user agent. We do not ask for passwords or payment card numbers on these forms.
Why we collect it
We use it to respond to your request, run an evidence-bound visibility check when you asked for one, prevent spam and abuse, and keep a minimal record of the conversation. We do not sell your information.
How long we keep it
Lead records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and ordinary business records, then deleted or minimized. You may email Info@lighthouseagentic.com to ask for deletion of a form submission.
Who can see it
Robert Gilbert / Lighthouse Agentic LLC operators handling your request. Processors that host the site or store form data (for example Cloudflare) may process it under their role as infrastructure - not as a buyer of your data.
What we will not do
We will not publish your private form contents, invent findings without evidence, or put lead details into public git history or public documentation.
